Admin commands do not work, I checked the files, the rights are issued, the game gives the admin prefix, but the commands do not work, and when starting the game server, it gives an error loading admin commands java. As I understand it, the problem is this, but I do not understand how to fix it.

Не подскажите пожалуйста в каком конкретно файле изменить название? Перебрал весь сервер, так и не нашел конфиг для добавление пользователя.
