1.Please carefully read these copyright policy of "Lineage 2" which is owned and operated by
"NCSOFT" corporation.
2."NCSOFT" corporation (hereinafter referred to as "our company") is the copyright owner of the
computer program "Lineage 2" (hereinafter referred to as "Game")

within the Republic of South Korea.
3.It has been confirmed that you have build a private server (URI: "-------", hereinafter referred
to as 'game private server') to serve an unspecified number of users without our permission for this
game.
4.For your actions as above, you may shall be punished by a fine of not more than 50 million won or
imprisonment for not more than 5 years based on the following copyright act and any financial
benefits obtained through the operation of this private server will be subject to confiscation or
surcharge without any reason.

Article 101-4 (Decompilation of Program Codes) (2) Where information obtained through
decompilation of program codes under paragraph (1) falls under any of the following
subparagraphs, it shall not be used:
1. Where information is exploited for the purpose other than the purpose of compatibility
or is provided to a third party;
2. Where a program or expression subject to a reverse engineering of program code is
exploited in development, production and sale of substantially similar programs or in
infringement of copyright of the program.
Article 136 (Penalty Provisions) (1) Any person who falls under any of the following
subparagraphs may be punished by imprisonment with labor up to five years or by a fine
up to 50 million won, or may be punished by both:
1. A person who infringes on author’s economic right or other property rights protected
pursuant to this Act (excluding the rights under Article 93) by means of reproduction,
performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, rental, or production of
derivative works;

imprisonment with labor for not more than five years or by a fine not exceeding 50 million
won:
2. A person who performs an act falling under subparagraphs 1, 4, 7, 9, or 10 of Article
32; (1);
(2) Game products owned or occupied by a person falling under paragraph (1), gains
obtained by such criminal acts (hereafter in this paragraph referred to as "criminal gains"),
and property resulting from criminal gains shall be forfeited, and when they cannot be
forfeited, the amount equivalent thereto shall be additionally collected.
(3) Articles 8 through 10 of the Act on Regulation and Punishment of Criminal Proceeds
Concealment shall apply mutatis mutandis to matters related to forfeiture or collection of
criminal gains and property resulting from criminal gains referred to in paragraph (2).
5.You shall close the private game server and submit to our company along with documentary
evidence which substantiate that you suspended the operation of the "Lineage 2" private game
server.
6.Please remember that if you do not comply with the above request, we may take civil and criminal
cases measures to protect our justifiable legal rights.

Прикольно.
1. Ты в РФ. Права у инновы, и нссофт не имеет права писать такие письма. Онли инклюзив дистрибутор и только через него, с учетом специфики местного законодательства (это как в Украине можно открывать сервера л2, только потому, что лицензиар в РФ и правовое поле разное).
2. Слать с публичных почтовых сервисов не имеют право. У них там свои законы. А если шлют - он обязан быть указан на сайте нссофт.
3. Это просто наедалово.
ysline - разобрался.
Начинать можно с того, что у подобных компаний\представителей свои почтовые ящики. У инновы это @inn.ru, у ncsoft - @ncsoft.com и т.д. Равно как и юр. представители тоже вряд ли бы писали с gmail аккаунта, а писали бы с аналогичной почты конторы или же с какого-нибудь условного law@ncsoft.com.

Повезло же=)
Пошли подальше и ответь что у нас санкции, переводы не работают. Так что оплатить ни как. Ну и это с учётом того что все еврейские лицензионные права, на данный момент, на территории России не имеют силы из-за санкций.

Проще написать что «брат, у меня строгая отчетность, а оплата берет комиссию. Вышли мне 450 долларов за оплату комиссию, и я оплачу штраф, потому что я честный человек и плачу свои штрафы».
Ну если домен не на дропа, то дело плохо. Не выйдет больше в Южную Корею ездить! =)
та домен там вообще данные левые вписаны, но на РЕГ ру на котором зарегистр домен, я давал им свои документы, когда не мог произвести вход в аккаунт
