Debugging Talisman Window

Hi,

Im using the interface from @Monokini2 / Интерфейс хф + исходники by reference to implement Talisman Window in 140 protocol but cant figure out how to debug this couple errors... I expended a lot of hours of testing but no luck, got this two bugs in specific:

1- When using one talisman randomly another one takes exactly same cooldown.
2- When open the InventoryWnd instanly the extra bar disapears.

Any help would be great! Thanks.

Update: Fixed the error N°2, the only thing left is to correct the cooldowns
