toogle скилл дамаг вокруг себя

Подскажите пожалуйста, хочу сделать тугл скилл (включающееся умение) которое будет наносить каждые 2-3с дамаг вокруг себя мобам и вражинам (аля хилеры с года).
Что можно сделать?

Это изи, через триггер все делаем и тик проверку (ща я найду как я его делал, так же могу с офф срипта кинуть описание)

Это у нас триггер (что юзает тогл): первые два наносят урон всем *негодяям\ врагам*, 3 и 4 это Хил все *Мемберов: Сокланов\сопартийцев*

И еще, это скил не флагает вас если вы до этого не флагнулись, он не ставит вас в *комбат режим*, он вешает дебафф (который имеет тик *обновление*) все условия я выше описал, если из этого никуя не понятно, уточню.
У Тира на ГОД похожий скил есть (только не хилит))), вот он и его триггер:

п.с. Сори, но в данный момент нету под рукой реализации (описания) что я в Яве делал...

По птс я вообще танцор с бубном Мне для явы надо... в хф изначально как я понимаю нету таких триггеров, но обойти и вывернуться думаю можно..
Попытался использовать по методу куполов

Поидее должно получиться так: тик каждые 2 секунды, после 6 волн тугл выключается автоматом... на деле скилл просто включается и через 6 секунд выключается. никаких действий в радиусе 200 по дамагу не происходило.. Может быть можно как то заставить DamOverTime работать ? пытался засунуть его в триггер (в скилл который использует сам тугл) - эффекта тоже небыло

У тебя овер ХФ? (старый добрый овер) ? (через купол не нужно делать, оно не отключается, отключить можно только выключив тугл и все), купол без призваного НПЦ что его кастует не будет работать в данном варианте у тебя
