Strange visual bug with Cursed Weapons

(Using an unmodified Salvation client)

I found this strange issue.

- When I have a cursed weapon, I dont see the "soulshot-like" animation when attacking
- However, when observing my character from another character's window, I can see the effect perfectly

So, others can see the effect, but not the user of the weapon.

What could be causing this?

Oh. I think I'm fucked then. I'm using PTS, so I don't have access to the source files xD

However, it is strange because I am using AdvExt, and they usually have it right, so that's why I thought it could be a client issue instead.
