SQL web update skilles

Hi,

i see in some server that have a .php frame thar put Char name and bottom "Full skill", and give in server all skills in the class, because in server mode not auto get skill its boring to learn 1 to 1.

Can be posible to do that? how works? can any tell an idea to do that?
