Regarding geodata? I uploaded everything in one file, you just need to put it on the server. About the translation, first test the server, you can use real-time translation from your phone, and then you can start translating.

Yes, you can. I really liked this one -Click , But there's a link to Nickname, and I think if you look hard enough, you can find it without it.
and you can also use the Adrenaline Bot.

Да это дефолтный дядька с церкви гдд переодевшийся и говорящий по русски, все сабы берутся по офу у своих учителей.
UPD: Он существует чисто для удобства смены саба у гк, но думаю ваше замечание тоже верное, сделаю после нг его функциональным.
