[?] How to open the new zones with Special Effects (Giran, Seal of Shillen, new Transcendence)

I'm unable to open said zones that can change their effects through the packet with L2Editor.
All other zones open just fine.
Does anybody know how to fix it and is willing to share a solution?

Any hints, ideas and suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks in advance!
