I'm aware that you need to edit systemmsg-e.dat file but when I try to edit "UNK_0=1" to UNK_1["seconds"] using Mobius's Dat Editor after saving it it re-rolls back to default, it only accepts UNK_0=1 but that does nothing.

Apparently Mobius's editor isn't qualified to make this particular edit? I used Lige and it worked, weird...
