Idk about game server you use, local build or public server.
On local build check skills in game server, maybe there wrong parameters or downloading clear client.
On public server verify your client with game updater.

You can try this one trick but he remove all skill effects.

Need open folder SysTextures then move in other folder all 3 files LineageEffectsTextures.utx, LineageEffectsTextures2.utx, LineageEffectsTexturesСha.utx

You can later repack .utx files if want with tools and remove 1 effect.

Forget more changes:

1. Open folder StaticMeshes.

2. Then move all 2 files in other folder: LineageEffectsStaticmeshes.usx, LineageEffectsStaticmeshes2.usx

When i remove the skill effect animation, there is no error.

Current computers right now too powerfull, there not problem.
But with skill you need replace current skill effect in utx or usx.

Enable client logs and try it again, after look in l2.log, l2second.log, network.log (these files will be autocreated\updated). Maybe you will see problem.

what is "client logs"? -l2.ini, fileedit, google, forum search.
