If you mean for example skillgrp.dat, npcgrp.dat, then L2ClientDat works for almost every of them. Google it and you should find it as first result.

Use excel for this kind of align, then just copy paste to the l2file editor

Yes, it won't be aligned like excel. So just copy the lines that you want to edit and paste to excel, then edit and copy paste to the file editor and that's it. As alternative you can search for working L2Ninja app.

use ctrl+f to use the search you can search any keyword.
