This is client issue. It happens once fps goes beyond 60. Put this limitter into system folder and it should disappear (in most cases)

if u want this fix to be applied for all players u have to include it in your patch.

Максимум на 610м проверял, там такая же фигня. Думаю и далее это сохранилось, баг то тянется со времен царя гороха

It's a noname AV software. So nvm, file is clear.
