Do you have proof? Eternity is the most stable thing there is out there. And I bet it's the setup that you used not the product.

If your words where true winter would fix them I'm matter of hours. The only Dev that takes action straight away.

I'm not the owner, I have no idea what revision, but it won't be more than a few months old, maybe a year, at most. All I know is that he is a legit customer.

Уххх. Об этом надо говорить, а лучше сразу тыкать пальцем в ошибку. Я уверена, Винтер найдёт ответ и решение, и все дюпы будут закрыты. Вопрос только почему эта проблема не была решена в личной переписке с Винтером (и была ли переписка?). Мы следим за репутацией и плохо когда такие серьезные ошибки ходят по людям и мы о них не говорим. Хорошо бы нашему клиенту еще раз напомнить LordWinter о проблеме.

Uhhh. We need to talk about this, but it’s better to immediately poke a finger at the mistake. I'm sure Winter will find an answer and a solution, and all dupes will be closed. The only question is why this problem was not resolved in personal correspondence with Winter (and was there any correspondence?). We monitor our reputation and it's bad when such serious mistakes go around people and we don't talk about them. It would be good for our client to once again remind LordWinter about the problem.

За бугром частая проблема это отсутствие защиты. Они не ставят защиту и потом их долбят пакетами. Возможно дело в этом ?

Очень неправильно ожидать защиту от дюпа, через защиту от пакетки. Любую защиту обходят, защита только помогает предотвратить массовый penetration test от каждого первого. Дюпы закрывать нужно на уровне алгоритмов гейм сервера
