Как уже писали, тут идет обман что новая версия СВ.
Но єто не так, єто даже не св 13. так как там снятьій ион куб ( или как там правильно) и просто сделали рабочую версию.

You need to allow connection to mysql server
Comment this line "bind-address" on mysql config
Than check firewall rules (ufw/iptables)
And check ip/login/password (mysql connection settings)

Молодец конечно. Запарился и сделал.
Но... StressWeb это шаг назад и не имеет значения какую версию ему написать, в свое время он был хорошей заменой дряхлой moyweb, эти эпохи ушли, дав стресс вебу версию 67, он от этого лучше не станет, жигули есть Жигули даже через 50 модификации лучше не становится.

Глянул тест сайт... выглядит круто.... простенько но со вкусом. Как бы это мне его на тестовую машину запилить, и попробовать.
Дизайн на него натянуть не зная пхп\хтлм , реально )) ?

На тестовом сайте есть то что нет в основном репозиторий, по причине того что я ещё не доделал, либо не проверил на баги.
Что касается дизайн, то пхп знать не нужно, нужно знать хотя бы азы css и html. В любом случае, в инете можно найти много статей как работать с разметкой, ознакомиться с классами бустрап.
