in itemname.dat you can find action

automatic_use_begin    Item_id=14055    Is_Use=1    automatic_use_end

I do not remember which one required for "Auto Use Potion", but you can set by this way next options:
* Auto Use Potions;
* Auto Use Creates (Auto-Open);
* Do not remember
