- Manage and organize weekly in-game PvP events to keep the community engaged and active.
- Collect and respond to player feedback to improve balance and experience.
- Help build and grow a strong Lineage 2 GVE community, especially for players who enjoy strategic faction-based PvP.
- Actively support and engage with players in our official Discord.
- Experience playing or managing Lineage 2 private servers, especially GVE or Faction style servers.
- Good understanding of PvP mechanics, class balance, and L2 event systems.
- Strong community mindset, sense of responsibility, and passion for gaming.
- Creative in designing events and solutions to enhance gameplay.
