L2OFF Extenders from C2 C3 C4 - C5

I hope you're all doing well. I am currently in search of trustworthy L2OFF extenders from C2 to C5.
Is anyone selling or are there any shared server packs available cuz i cant find?
I hear about old sina extenders with modern clients but i cannot find anything in the l2 forums.
