[L2J] Package based on Wallaz L2JDream – Updated to Java 14 + Fixes

Hello community,


I'm here to share a package based on the Wallaz L2JDream project, which I have thoroughly reviewed and fixed to make life easier for those who want to start or improve their L2J server.


What's been done:


Migrated and reorganized the project to Java 14 (compatible with modern standards and better performance).


Fixed missing spawn issues that were present in the original package.


Missing item passives were identified and...
