Interface Interlude downgrade to C5 and C4

I've been working on downgrading the Interlude interface to C5 and then to C4. In C5 I encountered the downgrading problem for the commander channel system and in c4 the problem is downgrading the clan system of the interface. I would like to know if there is an interface editor that can do these two jobs, downgrading the command channel and the clan system of interlude (the command channel is just updated in c6 as well as the clan system).
The reason for this interface downgrading is because I want to have a progressive server from c4, c5 and c6 but the same extender will be used downgrading server and client so that it is as original as possible and it is not noticeable that it is still the Interlude system.

Idk why need old client there bugs, crashes.
Best way multiprotocol server with support high five client or god client but with content c4.
I not 100% shure but lower clients have native interface without interface.xdat

Maybe I'm not explaining myself well, I have a server with a Vanganth extender for Interlude that is 100% functional, it has 2 years of work and code improvements and all the content of the Interlude chronicle. What I want is to edit the Interlude interface so that it looks like that of c5 and c4. The downgrade makes the server look like one of those chronicles and I don't want to be editing the protocols of my extender since I don't have the knowledge to do so. In addition to that, in this way a single extender would be used for the progress of chronicles, which allows it to be simply replacing the files to progress without the need for further adaptations.
