@Artemis_37, Based on the screenshot, you are using the Interlude client, where this interface window was hardcoded, so these methods won't work for you.

Thanks for the reply Rolo. So I can't edit it with xdat editor right? Because I found the Community board window and I edit it and it works ... But this npc html chat ...

@Artemis_37, unfortunately, yes, you are right, Community Board can be easily modified, but not NPCDialogWnd. This window is located in the DLL library.
