How to move L2Pass and Costumes from Classic to LIVE/MAIN?

The title says it all.
Is it possible, at all, to make L2Pass and Costumes available on LIVE? If so, what would the process be? What do I have to edit in the client, specifically?

And do you know how to activate L2Pass? Is it activated by sending a packet or somewhere in the client? I couldn't find it in the client.
I've decided to move all my stuff to classic instead.

IIRC, it should become active when server sends to client packet S_EX_L2PASS_INFO. At least it should be correct for essence
