I'm creating a new city for the interlude, ask me a question, how do I test this city in ingame and how to create coordinates and geodata, I'm using 3ds max
 
I'm creating a new city for the interlude, ask me a question, how do I test this city in ingame and how to create coordinates and geodata, I'm using 3ds max
1. you need this editor: Lineage II C0 Prelude offline
2. use C1 client to import needed map where your town will be (try find geodata map with numbers of maps in client, Interlude)
3. import your town on this map
4. use dev mod to test in game your map (all in this client you will find in #1)
If all was fine, you can write me and give me client side and I will make for you geodata, for free.

Is it possible to make custom map using 3ds + UE4 then back to UE2 to make it like RTX version ?
I think no.
