Active Anticheat get the HWID Rev HF L2 FanDc

I recently hired Active Anticheat and I need to assign the hwid to the player for siege control and I'm having difficulty, they gave me the documentation, but the code doesn't exist in the project, I'm trying support with @active_tgsupport but it's very slow, basically I'm begging for support and I'm not getting a response and I need to resolve things and I can't wait too long, can anyone here on the forum help me?
