Could someone decode the .xdat file for me? I can't open XDatEditor; I've tried all the protocols and it always gives an error.

Does anyone know how the enchanted skill feature in the interface works? Right now it’s not working for me all my skills appear as if they can’t be selected, and I’m unable to choose any of them. How can I fix this and make it work?
