check all l2j files. If you have empty (0 KB) it will show that error. The server tries to spawn something (NPC, door, or object) in a region where geodata isn’t loaded. Is this pack is lucera or Mobius? if you can add a check System.out.println("GeoEngine failed at: X=" + x + ", Y=" + y + "...

Can you give more information? Like did you add/remove/change anything? From when you get this error?

Verify that .l2j or .dat geodata files are present and match your region/world settings.

I think it's not that simple. I changed the effects in soulshot.int but nothing changes. (only S weps) . I use UTPT to see the effects inside lineageeffect.u but ... I may doing something wrong.
